Purchase vitamins, Ibuprofen or antibiotics for a patient of the May 2012 Nicaragua Medical Project in the name of a friend or family member who already has everything, but would love to know that they will be a part of helping make someone, (a little child, a young mother, a desperate father, or an aging grandparent's) life a little better!

Make your choices; fill in the order form, including mailing address and credit card information (or include your check).

~A card, with photo and information (to send to the recipient of your donation) and a tax deductable receipt will be mailed to you as soon as your order form and payment are received.
